A new, stunning renovation project in Sunningdale was completed in partnership with interior design team Falchi Interiors. The project involved a complete overhaul of a detached house, resulting in a spacious, sleek, and modern living space that exudes sophistication and style.

The internal layout of the house was reconfigured to maximise natural light and create a seamless flow between the rooms. The ground floor was expanded with panoramic glazing, allowing for breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape.

For optimal comfort and efficiency, the electrical, heating and plumbing systems were reconfigured, and we installed a state-of-the-art smart lighting system. We also outfitted the house with a new family bathroom and two en-suite bathrooms, each designed with contemporary and rich finishes. The bespoke flash/jib doors on the ground floor help to create a harmonious design, equipped with high-quality hardware elements that complemented the overall aesthetic.

The kitchen and joinery furniture were supplied and fitted by a local joinery specialist, ensuring that every piece was crafted to the highest standard. Falchi Interiors took great care in selecting high-quality interior decoration finishes, including tasteful wallpaper and paint for the walls, to create a cohesive and complementary look and feel.

This classic 1960s house in the London Borough of Richmond-upon-Thames required modernisation through a complete renovation.

We worked closely with the client to create a new contemporary space that gave the residents more space and improved facilities while seamlessly blended in with the local area.

This project features a complete renovation of a 3-storey terraced house in the heart of Fulham. The project involved extensive work, including the construction of a stunning 4-storey rear extension and a conversion of the roof into a spacious 2nd floor complete with a master bedroom, bathroom, and exercise room.

In addition to the extension and conversion, the house now boasts three new bathrooms and a stylish cloakroom, complete with bespoke joinery on every floor. The kitchen is a true standout, featuring a panoramic glazed roof that floods the space with natural light and creates a seamless indoor-outdoor flow.

The attention to detail throughout the project is evident in every element, from the oak floors and bespoke oak handrails to the garden landscaping and paving. The result is a warm and welcoming home that effortlessly combines modern sophistication with comfort and style.

We provided design, engineering, construction and project management on this exciting renovation in the London Borough of Wandsworth.

The project consisted of a two-storey extension, a brand new, bespoke open plan kitchen; new windows throughout, a new bathroom, stairway, complete plumbing and electrical, and enhanced lighting throughout and a rear-facing bay window.

In Chelsea, a five-story building underwent an extensive renovation process to achieve high standards of sophistication and luxury. We worked alongside an investment company to create six stunning two/three-bedroom apartments that combine comfort and elegance.

Throughout the apartments, oak floors were used, and bespoke joinery and wardrobes were installed, ensuring that every space was utilised to its full potential. The high-quality built-in kitchens, complete with stone worktops, complement the structure and design of the apartments.

To create even more living space, the basement was extended to the front and rear of the property, to make two separate apartments. With our beloved attention to detail, we made beautiful doorway arches, creating a sophisticated and welcoming atmosphere.

We are diligent in our responsiveness to clients’ needs and preferences, ensuring that the end result was not just beautiful but also practical and comfortable for residents.

This refurbishment project was absolutely thrilling to accomplish, with a solid team of interior designers and a delightful, intelligible client. Although the 1980s house was structurally complex, with heavy concrete planks in the original structure, as opposed to traditional wood, our team managed to support the existing structures and integrate new features to modernise the antique aesthetic.

We worked closely with our interior designers to perfect the layout and resolve any minor modifications suggested by the client. All windows and doors were renewed and aluminium, as was the guttering and downpipes, in order to keep consistent with the quality of this unique residence. The new bespoke joinery, with a decor that remained harmonious throughout the entire house, had been perfected to accommodate the client’s recreations, such as storing music collections.

The rear end of the house had significant re-modifications: all original bay windows were removed and replaced with new glass sliding doors, through which light permeated into the living area. New electric and plumbing gave room for a contemporary lifestyle, such as smart lights. Whilst the bones of the house remained, its internal structures were given a refresh. Overall we felt extremely honoured to work alongside our partners and contribute to such a beautiful house in Maidenhead.

The client on this project is a designer and a project manager, so working together produced very unique and exciting results. Many of the refurbishment’s features were designed by the client, such as the artistic wallpaper and the bespoke joinery package, which was implemented by our experienced joiner. The client was inspired by certain ideas and aesthetics on Pinterest, and it is safe to say that the completed house is worthy to inspire others.

During the construction designing process, we had the great idea of removing the ceiling on the third floor to create vaulted ceilings. The additional head height gives more room to breathe and increases spaciousness with very little extra cost. The roof near the kitchen area is covered in sky lights, flooding the room with sunlight for refreshing and energetic mornings. The garden details were also designed by the client, who was extremely satisfied with the result.

This Clapham Common project involved a thoughtfully designed wrap-around extension, alongside a full house renovation to enhance space, natural light, and everyday functionality.

The wrap-around design allowed for a significantly enlarged ground floor, creating a seamless open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area with strong visual and physical connections to the garden. Large glazed openings maximise daylight and strengthen the relationship between the interior and exterior spaces.

A key feature of the renovation is the bespoke wooden staircase, designed by the client and complemented by subtle low-level wall lighting. These design details were carefully coordinated to match the cedar fencing in the garden, which also incorporates custom storage cupboards and a dedicated pizza-making area, reinforcing a cohesive indoor–outdoor design language.

On the top floor, a naturally lit home office was created, designed with a minimalist approach that reflects the calm, contemporary aesthetic found throughout the house. In the bedrooms, bespoke shelving with integrated LED lighting adds both functionality and a refined architectural character.

The bathrooms and showers were also client-designed, featuring modern layouts, clean lines, and contemporary finishes that complement the overall design of the home.

Fittra proudly led the transformation of this distinctive property in the heart of Brook Green, converting an outdated HMO into 10 luxurious, self-contained studio apartments that blend historic character with modern living.

A key element of the project was the new double-storey rear extension, which significantly increased the building’s floor area and played a central role in reconfiguring the internal layout. The extension created valuable additional living space across two levels, allowing for improved apartment layouts while enhancing natural light and circulation throughout the property.

In addition to the double-storey extension, the attic space was thoughtfully converted to accommodate two new studio apartments, increasing the overall floor area by approximately 50 square metres. At ground level, the rear of the building was fully reworked to integrate the extension seamlessly with the existing structure.

Externally, the garden was redesigned to reclaim previously overgrown areas, forming a low-maintenance landscaped space complete with a bespoke garden office outbuilding. 
Each apartment was fitted with custom-designed kitchens and bespoke joinery, delivering both efficient storage solutions and a high-end finish. Modern mechanical and electrical systems were installed throughout to meet contemporary standards of comfort, performance, and energy efficiency.

The project also included the careful restoration of the building’s historic faсade. Fittra’s in-house team completed all dry lining, carpentry, and decoration works.

The client appointed us to deliver a full renovation of this Wandsworth property, including an L-shaped dormer loft conversion and a side return ground floor extension, significantly increasing both living space and functionality.

At ground floor level, we created a generous open-plan kitchen and living area designed for modern family life. A carefully considered layout, paired with contemporary finishes, gives the space a bright and elegant feel. To maximise natural light, we installed bespoke skylights above the kitchen island, allowing daylight to flood the room throughout the day.

The loft conversion added valuable new accommodation, including a brand-new en-suite and family bathroom, finished to a high standard and complemented by new Velux roof windows. The works also included a completely new roof, full electrical re-wiring, upgraded plumbing and heating systems, and new paving to the rear garden. Together, these improvements delivered a cohesive, high-quality transformation tailored to the client’s lifestyle.
